Rental Information
Marchburn is let from 4pm on Saturday to 10.00 am the following Saturday.
All charges include, linen, towels, electricity, heating costs and logs for the fire. A maximum of 2 house trained dogs are welcome at no additional charge. Any telephone calls made we ask you to put money in our honesty box (there is a standard telephone in the cottage, there is no mobile reception at Marchburn, broadband connection can be accessed at the Glen Clova Hotel 1 mile down the road).
Costs for 2011 and 2012 - costs are per week
7th January - 24th March 2012 - £525.00
30th March - 19th May 2012 - £585.00
26th May - 10th September - £650.00
17th September - 29th October - £585.00
5th November - 10th December - £525.00
Christmas - Wednesday 21st December 2011 - Wednesday 28th December £675.00
New Year - Wednesday 28th December 2011 - Wednesday 4th January 2012 £675.00
Short breaks are available from November - March inclusive (not including Easter). at the rate of £350 for up to 4 nights.
